Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, experienced Associate Dentist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
This role is best suited for a doctor who is comfortable working independently, values efficiency, and is ready to step into a productive schedule without the need for heavy mentorship.
This is not an entry-level or mentorship-heavy position.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with a comprehensive, ethical approach
- Perform general dentistry procedures
- Maintain high standards of patient care and communication
- Collaborate with hygiene team to support overall patient health
- Treat every patient as if they were a member of your family
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Missouri dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
- Comfortable producing $600,000–$700,000 in adjusted annual production
- Strong clinical judgment and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage a productive schedule

Schedule
