We’re looking for someone who can lead the work onsite: crews, clients, trades, materials, logistics, and all the real-time decisions that turn a good design into a polished, healthy, photo-ready installation.
This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who:

- understands both indoor outdoor planting
- cares about long-term plant health, not just day-one looks
- can independently solve problems onsite

- jumps in wherever needed to keep projects moving
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years leading plant installations onsite
- indoor outdoor installation experience preferred
- experience working with NYC installation logistics, including loading docks, freight elevators, building access, and active job sites
- green roof planting experience strongly preferred
- strong horticultural knowledge and planting best practices
- strong eye for design and detail
- ability to comfortably lift 40-50 lbs
- portfolio/reference projects you personally led onsite
This is an ongoing project-based role with regular installations throughout the year, ~1-5x per month. Strong compensation, flexibility, rewarding portfolio projects, and long-term collaboration potential with tangible growth.
