Jungle Kingdom Flower is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Delivery Associates to join our growing team.
As a Delivery Associate, you'll represent our brand on every delivery, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while safely and efficiently delivering orders throughout Brooklyn using a company-provided electric bicycle.

Responsibilities
- Safely deliver customer orders throughout Brooklyn using a company-provided e-bike
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Verify customer identification and complete all required compliance procedures
- Handle products carefully while maintaining order accuracy
- Maintain timely communication with store leadership throughout your shift
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and New York State cannabis regulations
- Assist with light in-store responsibilities when deliveries are slow, including organization, inventory support, and maintaining store appearance
- Represent Jungle Kingdom Flower professionally within the community
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Comfortable riding an electric bicycle throughout Brooklyn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Brooklyn neighborhoods is a plus
- Previous delivery, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
