In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting our agents and clients through every step of the home buying and selling journey. You'll manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, keep clients informed and excited, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This position reports directly to the Team Owner/Lead Agent and offers a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding plan to set you up for success from day one.

About the role: This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking someone with at least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. A real estate license is preferred, or you should be motivated to become licensed within your first 6 months (we'll support you in this process).

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000/year (salaried), based on experience
