Responsible for implementing program description, diversity plan, program evaluation in line with school district policy, procedure, and school board direction. Will support Montessori education for parents, teaching staff and administration.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in education.
- Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) training and certification/diploma, 6-12 (grades 1-6). (Please provide a copy of your diploma with your online application and/or indicate the year received, where it was obtained under Colleges, Universities and Technical Schools Attended on the online application.)
- Valid Alaska teaching certificate with Spanish endorsement, or closely related field.
- Master's degree in education preferred.
- Experience teaching at the middle school level.
- Experience teaching middle school Spanish.
- Experience teaching in an AMI Montessori environment and working with parents, parent boards, school boards, and administration.
- Experience in team or cooperative teaching.
