Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing / Property Manager to process all aspects of leasing and occupancy compliance within our subsidized housing communities. This role ensures compliance with HUD and USDA Rural Development requirements while maintaining high occupancy and providing excellent resident service.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily property operations including leasing and occupancy
· Security deposit and rent collection
· Market units and manage the full leasing process
· Process certifications, recertifications, and interim changes
· Verify income, assets, and household eligibility documentation
· Maintain compliant, audit-ready resident files
· Coordinate unit turnovers and inspections
· Serve as primary contact for residents and applicants
· Handle complaints, lease enforcement, and resident relations
· Support HUD/RD reporting and prepare for inspections and audits
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
