The Kansas Region:

• Our Skilled Nursing Facility is located in Herington, KS!

• Key Partners are located in Herington, Salina, Junction City, Manhattan, Abilene, Wichita, Kansas City, Etc.

Compensation Details:

• Pay: Starting at $60,000-$70,000 DOE Impressive Bonuses

• Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance

• Time Off: PTO

The Role's Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth within assigned regions.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.

• Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the admissions team, setting clear targets and objectives, and ensuring the achievement of census goals.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

• Client Engagement: Lead the development and presentation of proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales leadership, or marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve census targets and business objectives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving growth and innovation.

• The ability to regularly drive to other various facilities and key partner locations.
