Behavior Technician — Center Based ABA

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour (training), then $20.50 - $21.50 per hour (after training)

What you will do

• Provide one on one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our center using Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching principles
• Collaborate closely with your team to teach learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive behaviors, including language, functional communication, play skills, pro-social behaviors, and self-help skills, to name a few!
• Celebrate progress and help shape meaningful goals for each learner
• Build strong, compassionate relationships with children and families
• Implement individualized treatment plans with supervision from a BCBA

When you will do it 

Part time Behavior Technicians can choose between two different schedule options (must be the same option each day throughout the week). 

• Morning block: Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 1:15 pm each day 
• Afternoon block: Monday through Friday from 11:45 am to 5:15 pm each day
