JOB DESCRIPTION
The Front-Desk POS Associate is responsible for obtaining and receiving merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments, making change for customers in retail store, setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise on counters and tables to promote sales
DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS
- GREETING CUSTOMERS
- Greet ALL customers with a warm welcome. Make sure you can promote everything we have to offer: open jump rates, weekly specials, birthday packages, and/or upcoming events.
- DRESS CODE ENFORCEMENT
- Let customers know about our dress code policy for the safety of our customers and equipment. Before charging customers, you must check for all participants to be in dress code.
- CONFIRMING WAIVER COMPLETION
- Ensure waivers are completed correctly and help customer if necessary. Highlight where the customers missed signing if needed.
- ANSWERING PHONE CALLS
- Answer phone calls and memorize all relevant info about our facility: location address, business hours, prices, details on our services, etc.
- CLEANING OF THE FACILITY
- Clean the front desk and all assigned areas to make sure that the face of the building looks presentable and professional at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
