Job Summary
We are seeking a Food Runner/Busser to join our team at Jumping Brook Country Club. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality dining experience for our members and their guests. You will support both the front-of-house and kitchen teams by ensuring timely food delivery, maintaining a clean dining environment, and providing attentive service in a polished, member-focused setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately, maintaining presentation standards
- Clear, clean, and reset tables to keep the dining room organized and guest-ready
- Assist servers with beverage refills, condiments, and guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and patios
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling while following safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Assist with POS systems as needed
- Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or country club experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
