Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items by recommending specials or popular dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments.
- Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Pay: $2.13 per hour
