We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Delivery Driver & Event Setup Team Member to join our team.
Job Overview
This position involves delivering, setting up, and picking up inflatable rentals and party equipment at customer locations throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas. You will interact directly with customers and represent our company on-site.
This is a physically active, outdoor job.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload inflatables and equipment
- Drive company trucks and trailers safely
- Deliver rentals to homes, schools, and event venues
- Set up and properly secure bounce houses and water slides
- Perform safety checks before leaving each site
- Clean and inspect equipment after pickup
- Maintain delivery records and follow company procedures
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be available weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
- Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in delivery driving
- Experience in party rentals or event setup
- Basic mechanical skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
