Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our growing team near Newark, NJ!

Position Details
- Setting: School-Based (Pediatric)
- Hours: 8:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
- Pay: $55-$70/hour
- Compensation includes: Full school day coverage—prep time, documentation, and lunch include
- CF Support: Direct supervision provided
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide targeted therapy to support communication skill development
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulations
Requirements
- NJ School Certification
- Speech Language Pathology License for SLP/graduate of a Speech Language Therapy program for CF’s
