Social Worker (full time):
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking Certified School Social Workers to join our team near East Brunswick, New Jersey for a full-time opportunity!
Setting: School-Based Services
- Exclusive school placement
- Hours: Varies by school
- Pay: $35-$45/hr
- Compensation for the full school day, including lunch.
Requirements:
- LCSW or LMSW
- NJ DOE School Certification
- Child Study Team experience
- Previous school based experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and support to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' academic and personal needs.
- Develop and implement intervention plans to support at-risk students.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on coping strategies and emotional well-being.
