This individual must be highly motivated and mission-driven; a teacher who sweats the small stuff without losing sight of the big picture. The ideal teacher candidate will have a proven track record of:
Certification/License: CT State Certification (265 or similar)
Education: An accredited Bachelor's or Masters Degree
Experience: At least one year of teaching experience at the intermediate elementary level
