Job Summary
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in Google Ads and digital marketing. This role goes beyond paid media—you’ll also support social media, website improvements, and broader growth initiatives.
This is not just an execution role—it’s about understanding performance, identifying opportunities, and driving measurable improvement across channels.

This position is in-person in East Syracuse, New York.
No company paid relocation benefits for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve performance
- Support and enhance paid and organic social media activity
- Analyze campaign performance and user funnels to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate on website updates and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
- Proven experience with Google Ads (required)
- Experience with or strong interest in social media marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Basic knowledge of GA4, tracking, and performance metrics
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable
