As our growth intern, you'll own critical growth and distribution projects at a fast-moving AI startup, with real autonomy and a direct line to the founding team. This position touches content, distribution, community, and video, and you'll have a lot of room to shape what the role becomes, as well as an opportunity to turn this into a full-time role.
What you'll do:

What you'll do:
- Own content across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, from ideation to publishing
- Create video content including short form clips, product capability videos, industry deep dives, and other engaging content across channels
- Find creative ways to get Julius in front of new audiences, whether that's jumping on trending conversations with data visualizations, building relationships in online communities, or testing entirely new channels
- Track what's working and double down on it. We care about results, not activity.
- Background in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or finance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera and creating video content
- Numbers-driven and genuinely curious about data
- High-agency and willing to quickly learn skills you don't have yet
- Can start remote ASAP and go full-time in SF for the summer
- You have an active presence on at least one of these platforms: X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or Reddit
- You can intuit what makes something go viral
- Intro chat with the founder
- Paid take-home project where you create growth content for Julius
