What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant! position at Julington Dental?
We are looking for an assistant to join our team. This is a long term position, filling a new role as we bring in another dentist. Dental assistant experience of at least 3 years is required. We practice general dentistry, which includes the basics along with digital dentistry, endodontics, implants, and Cerec crowns. Specific skills in these fields can be taught if not already known. The ability to learn, however, is a major requirement, along with the following: Consistency, reliability, punctuality, humility, thoroughness and patience.
Our practice is non-corporate, and we have no plans to change that as we dislike their approach to patients and staff. We do not place pressure on the patients to accept treatment, nor do we measure success quantitatively. Our retention, with both team members and patients, is very high, which is how we measure success.
The salary is negotiable, as we understand it is of prime importance. After one year, we offer paid vacation and inclusion into our IRA plan. We are actively looking for health insurance benefits, as it is important to have a healthy team, but as of now we do not offer such.
