Seeking a Charge Nurse for 7pm to 7am to ensure our residents are cared for in a safe, respectful and dignified manner by providing care within the scope of responsibilities and proper management/monitoring of the team providing resident care.
Some responsibilities include:
- Preparing, administering and documenting medications. Completing requisitions and arranging for diagnostic and therapeutic services.
- Ensuring safety practices by ensuring resident, visitor and teammate safety by remaining aware and reporting any new or existing safety hazards.
- Contacting emergency response in the event of an emergency. Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting to family , MD, and supervisor.
- Managing C.N.A.'s during shift to ensure that assignments are completed and participation in resident activities.
- Responding to requests and assistance, practicing top notch teamwork behaviors , acknowledging the contributions of others on the team and demonstrating Juliette Fowler Communities values.
