Our agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a small, high-energy team of two full-time and two part-time professionals who love what they do. Before opening the agency, I owned a bowling center prior to agency, but when a friend told me that becoming a State Farm agent was the best decision he’d ever made, I decided to take the leap—and it’s been an incredible journey ever since.
As an entrepreneur and proud mom of three grown boys, I bring a mix of determination, positivity, and real-life experience to my work every day. Giving back to the community is also close to my heart. My family has supported the Idaho Youth Ranch for generations (my grandfather even purchased horses for the program), and it’s an honor to continue that legacy.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
