We are expanding our Front Desk in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top salons/spas in the United States, having locations in NYC and Palm Beach also, serving a global luxury as well as local clientele. We are seeking either full or part-time Front Desk/Booking/Floor Management staff who have a passion for beauty, and enthusiasm for delivering specialty service at the highest level.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently book appointments for a busy salon & spa, and manage multi-line phones
- Deliver specialty service to our upscale clientele whether on phone, behind a desk or on the salon & spa floor
- Advise clients on our service offerings and products
- Take phone orders from clients
- Miscellaneous administrative work
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude
- Previous salon, spa or retail experience
- Strong computer skills, previous salon or spa booking software experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task under pressure with grace and a smile
- Flexible in schedule and shifts
- Effective communicator and team player
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Must be local or within an hour of location
