Role Description The Retail Assistant Store Boutique Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC at our Park Road Shopping Center boutique location. This position supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management. The role involves engaging directly with customers, providing styling advice, ensuring a welcoming store environment, and driving sales through exceptional service. The Assistant Store Boutique Manager also helps train and guide team members, coordinates schedules, and monitors performance to maintain high customer satisfaction standards. This role contributes to meeting store sales goals, upholding brand presentation, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
