- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and texts to potential customers to introduce Insurance products and services.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing clearly and compellingly.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to address questions, concerns, and objections, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by the agency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, our products, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance outreach strategies and improve overall sales performance.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent sales experience
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- No prior insurance experience required; a strong desire to engage in sales and outreach is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships
- Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software
- A valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
