💼 What You’ll Be Doing (and Learning FAST)
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Intensive, proven training designed to get you productive quickly — not “someday.”
- Work directly with a high-performing sales agent You’ll guide real buyers through real homes, gaining hands-on experience most agents don’t get for years.
- Analyze and sharpen client search criteria Deliver clear, written feedback that helps clients make decisions faster — and helps deals move forward.
- Write and negotiate offers Learn deal structure, strategy, and leverage side-by-side with a master negotiator who fights to win and teaches you how to do the same.
- Lead generate at least 10 hours per week This is where opportunity is created. You’ll build confidence, pipeline, and income by doing the work others avoid.
- Weekly script practice You’ll master the language of real estate — objections, conversions, and confident conversations that create appointments and contracts.
- Be fully immersed in a winning team environment Team meetings, accountability, standards, and energy — iron sharpens iron here.
- Weekly 1:1 coaching trainings Partner Call You’re not guessing your way forward. You’ll receive direct coaching, real feedback, and clear expectations every week.
