- Identify and close life insurance opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual life production goals.
- Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend ter, whole, and universal life products.
- Manage the sales pipeline in the agency CRM from quote to issue.
- Deliver a customer experience that drives referrals and retention.
- Active Nevada Life insurance license.
- 2 years selling life insurance with a proven production record.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented in sales environment.
- Proficient with CRM and computer applications.

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
