We are seeking an LPN or RN with LONG-TERM CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team!

 

You will be responsible for:

- Managing CNAs !
-Administering medications
-Assessing Residents for acute illness
-DAILY Assessments
-SKIN ASSESSMENTS/WOUND CARE
-Care plans ETC...

Qualifications:

  • 1-YEAR LONG-TERM CARE
  • PCC EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF, AND FAMILIES
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
