What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of hairstyling/coloring experience (all levels of skill will be considered assuming you have been behind the chair for a few years)
- Licensed cosmetologist in New York State
- Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques (experience with balayage, highlights, and precision cuts a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and conversational skills—must be a people person who enjoys building long-term client relationships
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Bonus skills: waxing and lash lifting services (not required, but a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on hairstyle options and hair care solutions
- Perform shampooing, cutting, coloring, highlighting, and styling services
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Stay up-to-date on trends and advanced styling techniques
- Provide a welcoming, exceptional client experience
