Academy Teacher – Dual Immersion (90% Spanish/10% English)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative teacher leader to serve 2nd and 3rd grade in our growing 90/10 Spanish Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and refine an expanding bilingual program in a supportive, community-focused school.

Position Overview
The Academy Teacher – Dual Immersion role provides a rigorous bilingual education that promotes:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Biliteracy and academic achievement

Teachers are expected to:

- Support strong student learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues

Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
- Bilingual Authorization in Spanish (or equivalent recognized by CTC)

Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of teaching experience (charter school experience preferred)
- Training in Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI) Math
- Experience with Leader in Me / Seven Habits framework
