Role Description The Influencer Partnerships Intern will support the development and management of relationships with influencers and content partners who align with Julia’s brand and audience. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential influencers, compiling outreach lists, drafting and sending partnership communications, and tracking responses and campaign performance. The intern will assist in coordinating content collaborations, collecting and organizing performance metrics, and maintaining internal records of active and prospective partners. This is a remote internship role, requiring consistent communication with the marketing team and adherence to agreed timelines and project goals.
Qualifications
- Interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and brand partnerships, with the ability to identify relevant influencer profiles and audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach, follow-up, and internal team collaboration.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple outreach threads, track deliverables, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and influencer ecosystems.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and simple reporting tools to track influencer activity and campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment with guidance from the marketing team.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or social media is beneficial but not required.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an advantage.
