Julia Valler Event Staffing Agency is urgently seeking Event Servers and Bartenders for long-term opportunity.
Schedule
Monday - Wednesday 12pm -6pm
Thursday - Sunday 11am -7pm
30 minute paid break per shift
Staff Rate From $25 (W-2)
-Experience as both a server and a bartender is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Client Experience & Floor Presence
-The server’s primary duty is to welcome clients.
-Once clients are greeted, the server should guide them to their seating area and ensure they are introduced to the appropriate Sales Associate.
-Beverage service should be offered promptly and courteously.
Beverage & Supply Management
-Beverages are delivered regularly (weekly or every other day); the server is responsible for restocking the fridge and shelves as needed.
-All packaging and boxes must be promptly unpacked and organized.
-The server must proactively communicate with the Boutique Assistant or Boutique Admins when supplies are running low or need to be reordered.
Floor Coverage & Conduct
-The server is expected to remain on the floor at all times and must not stay behind the bar, as this is not a bartending role.
-Presence across the floor is essential to ensure all clients receive timely service and attention.
