ASSISTANT MANAGER
Nantucket, MA / Full Time (Seasonal)
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our store team in Nantucket, MA. You will assist with day-to-day operations, staffing & leading the team, clienteling, & inventory management. We’re looking for someone who has a “no task is too big or too small” attitude & enjoys wearing many hats. The ideal candidate is passionate about the in-store customer experience & is excited to assist with growing the Julia Amory brand presence on the island.
What you'll do:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience for all customers visiting the store
- You should feel confident problem solving in real time, answering any questions customers may have & sharing customer feedback and/or concerns with the corporate team to continuously improve the business
- Assist with recruiting & hiring based on needs of the business in addition to training members of the retail sales team

- You have minimum two years of experience in retail management
