Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Honolulu, HI. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior executives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks. The selected candidate will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure effective communication, and assist in maintaining organizational efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Expertise in Administrative Assistance and scheduling
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in using office software, including calendar management tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a CPG company highly preferred
- Proficiency in Shopify, Canva, Google Workspace and AI software
- Previous experience in a similar executive assistant role is preferred
