What You’ll Do
- Drive growth and profitability across boutique winery partnerships, overseeing P&L and delivering extraordinary wine and culinary experiences.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with wineries, chefs, hospitality partners, and luxury event collaborators.
- Lead with purpose, inspiring a high‑performing team and cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and hospitality.

- An entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with experience in wineries, hospitality, or luxury consumer brands.
- A strategic thinker with strong P&L management skills and a proven ability to scale programs or operations.
