- Provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu items.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high service standards.
- Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including sanitizing surfaces as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
