Duties

- Maintain organised checkout areas and ensure all transactions are processed efficiently
- Answer customer enquiries politely via phone or in person, demonstrating good phone etiquette
- Restock shelves and organise merchandise displays as needed
- Manage queues effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth customer flow
- Assist with basic merchandising tasks to enhance the shopping experience
- Keep the checkout area clean and tidy at all times
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
