STARTING PAY RATE

Here at JuiceLand, we use a tipping pay model for our shop crew positions! Our positions start at $9/hr base pay tips. With this model we guarantee a minimum of $16/hour. This means if you average less than the $16 dollar minimum guarantee (your starting pay tips), JuiceLand will make up the difference!

JOB DESCRIPTION

This job contributes to JuiceLand’s success by bringing forth our company values and customer service success daily! The Shop Crew Member is responsible for providing our customers with top quality products, while having fun doing so! JuiceLand is a fast paced, quick service concept, with a hospitality focus. This person advocates for the JuiceLand brand and spreads the JuiceLand mission. This position reports to the Shop Manager, Assistant Manager and Manager on Duty. This position is part-time, working anywhere from 2-4 days weekly. Full-time positions, if available, will be 5 days weekly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cashier duties: hospitality is our number one priority! You will be offering excellent customer experience while backing up your coworkers by keeping the store stocked and clean
• Food prep: slicing and dicing all those delicious fruits and veggies
• Drink making: masterfully crafting our delicious drinks with superhero like speed and accuracy

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Texas certified Food Handlers License
• Reliable transportation
• A positive and customer focused attitude
• An interest in learning about alternative health, nutrition, and superfoods
• Ability to present valid I-9 documentations. Common combinations include: A valid photo ID/ Driver’s License, Birth Certificate or Social Security Card. These documents will need to be presented in person.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Constant standing/walking. Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps.
• Constant computer/POS Register and equipment usage.
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.
• Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around shop
• Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication.
• Occasional Distinguishing, with a degree of accuracy, differences or similarities in intensity or quality of flavors and/or odors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
