Location: Des Moines and surrounding communities
Pay: $18–$26 per hour base pay potential shift incentives
Schedule: Overnight (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM initial schedule, with route expansion possible) 4 on 4 off schedule available

Overview
Juiced Fuel Iowa is launching overnight fuel delivery operations beginning
August 2026 and is hiring Overnight Fuel Delivery Specialists to support commercial
fueling routes during off-peak hours.
This role is focused on providing safe, scheduled fuel delivery to commercial accounts
during overnight hours when operations are closed to daytime traffic. Delivery Specialists will learn to operate independently and are responsible for completing assigned routes safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Operate fuel delivery trucks on overnight routes throughout the Des Moines metro area
- Deliver fuel to commercial fleet vehicles, job sites equipment, and business vehicles
- Complete scheduled fueling routes between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and Training on DOT-compliant records
- Training on required vehicle inspections before and after shifts
- Follow all safety procedures and fueling protocols
- Work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and paid CDL training course during preliminary employment
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance (critical for overnight operations)
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Willingness to work overnight shifts consistently
- Ability to operate safely in low-traffic and nighttime conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement (paid CDL training available)
- Experience working night or early-morning shifts
- Familiarity high volume deadlines
- $18–$26 per hour base pay
