Job Title: Team MemberLocation: Juice It Up! - Murrieta, CAJob Type: Part-time / Full-timeOverview:Juice It Up! is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality smoothies and juices, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. If you have a passion for health and wellness and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.Assist customers with menu selections, providing information on ingredients, and making recommendations based on their preferences.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.Juicing and Smoothie Preparation:Prepare smoothies, juices, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.Ensure the highest level of product quality and consistency.Follow health and safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the food preparation areas.Cashiering:Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions efficiently.Accurately handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions.Maintain an organized and clean cashier area.General Duties:Stock supplies, ingredients, and products as needed.Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage starting @ $20/hr wageFlexible scheduling.Employee discounts on smoothies, juices, and other products.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Fun and positive work environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply from the followingIn- person at Juice It Up!
