Role Description
This is a full-time Franchise Business Consultant role based in, CA, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Franchise Business Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor for franchisees, offering guidance on business planning, operations management, and franchising best practices. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing P&L performance, providing management consulting, and ensuring brand compliance across franchise locations. The role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with franchise owners to drive profitability and operational success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Planning and a strong understanding of franchising
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Background in Management Consulting or advisory roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel periodically to franchise locations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the food and beverage or wellness industry is a plus
