What You’ll Do
This isn't just about taking orders; it's about elevating the customer's day. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Culinary Execution: Craft exceptional, scratch-made smoothies, bowls, and juices with precision, speed, and care.
- Experience Delivery: Provide warm, engaging, and highly efficient customer service.
- Operations & Prep: Execute daily fresh-ingredient prep to our exacting quality standards.
- Pace & Precision: Manage high-volume order flows accurately during peak hours.
- Venue Excellence: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and organizational standards throughout the store.
- Team Support: Proactively assist with inventory management and daily operational needs.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for self-starters who elevate the team around them. Our ideal candidate brings:
- Age & Availability: 16 years old with a minimum availability of 15 hours per week (morning, afternoon, weekend, and holiday availability highly preferred).
- Reliability: Exceptional punctuality, dependability, and a proactive, team-first mindset.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to thrive on your feet in an active, fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with both customers and colleagues.
- Passion: A genuine interest in health, wellness, and clean eating is a major plus.
