People & Store Standards Coordinator
Juice Eternity – New York City / Jersey City / Westchester
Part-Time | Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM–3:00 PM | 20 Hours Per Week
Juice Eternity is looking for an energetic, organized, and hands-on People & Store Standards Coordinator to help us hire, train, and develop great team members while making sure our stores are clean, organized, and operating to Juice Eternity standards.
This is not a desk-only HR position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, visiting different locations, training employees behind the counter, and making sure our teams are set up for success.
Locations
This position will rotate between four Juice Eternity locations:
- NoMad – Manhattan
- Chelsea – Manhattan
- Newport Centre – Jersey City
- The Westchester – White Plains
Schedule
Monday through Thursday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Approximately 20 hours per week
The employee will rotate between locations based on hiring, training, and store needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesHiring & Recruiting
- Review job applicants and resumes
- Contact qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Help select and hire new team members
- Coordinate new-hire start dates and training
- Maintain a pipeline of potential employees so stores remain properly staffed
- Follow up with new hires during their first few weeks
Employee Training
- Personally train new employees behind the counter
- Teach employees how to properly make Juice Eternity smoothies, juices, smoothie bowls, and other menu items
- Train employees on POS/register procedures
- Teach proper opening, closing, cleaning, and food-safety procedures
- Train employees on customer service and Juice Eternity standards
- Observe employees and provide coaching when additional training is needed
- Make sure new employees are confident and prepared before completing training
Store Cleanliness & Standards
A major part of this position is making sure every Juice Eternity location looks exceptionally clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Walk through each assigned location and inspect overall cleanliness
- Review counters, equipment, refrigerators, floors, storage areas, and customer-facing areas
- Make sure employees are following daily cleaning procedures
- Review cleaning expectations with both new and existing employees
- Identify areas that are not meeting company standards and make sure they are corrected
- Help develop and improve cleaning checklists and procedures
- Make sure stores remain organized and professional throughout the day
This position is expected to coach and train the team, not simply point out problems.
Team & Store Standards
- Make sure employees are following uniform standards
- Reinforce customer-service expectations
- Observe employee performance and provide feedback
- Make sure Juice Eternity procedures are being followed consistently across locations
- Communicate staffing, training, cleanliness, and employee concerns to ownership/management
- Help create consistency between all four locations

Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, retail management, recruiting, training, or multi-location operations is strongly preferred.
