We are currently hiring an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial projects and help drive our team forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate crews on commercial electrical job sites
- Interpret and execute work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate daily with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
- Ensure all work meets NEC code, project schedules, and company safety standards
- Maintain accurate daily reports, material tracking, and job documentation
- Train, mentor, evaluate, and support apprentices and journeymen
- Oversee material takeoffs, layout, manpower planning, and sequencing
- Represent Juice Electric with professionalism and strong communication
Requirements
- 10 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- 3 years experience as a Foreman running commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage manpower, materials, layout, and scheduling
- Strong references demonstrating leadership, communication, and quality of work
- Experience managing projects of significant size or crews of 8–10 electricians
- Excellent safety record (OSHA 30 preferred, NFPA 70E knowledge ideal)
- Ability to mentor apprentices and build team skill level
- Strong blueprint reading, code knowledge, and accurate material takeoffs
- Consistent employment history with solid, reputable contractors
- Journeyman License preferred; clean background required
