The business operates within the luxury segment, working closely with architects, developers, builders and investors involved in sophisticated residential developments.
This role is focused on developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and design ecosystem, contributing to the commercial growth of the company through project-based sales and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with architecture firms, developers, construction companies and investors.
- Identify new business opportunities within high-end residential projects.
- Participate in project specifications and quotations for new developments.
- Negotiate commercial conditions and volume agreements.
- Track projects from early stages through execution and closing.
- Represent the company within industry networks, events and professional associations.
- Collaborate internally to align commercial strategy with project requirements.
Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within luxury residential segments.
- Strong network within the Miami architecture, construction or real estate ecosystem.
- Experience working with products or solutions such as high-end fixtures, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, home technology or similar.
- Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related fields is highly valued.
- Experience in project-based sales, including quotations and negotiations.
- Strong commercial mindset, autonomy and relationship-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
