Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding policies and coverage
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer support
• Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent service
• Maintain organized and accurate client information

Requirements

• Insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Confidence in answering customer questions and providing clear solutions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to obtain a South Dakota property and casualty insurance license (if not already licensed)
