Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Supervisor: Executive Director
Salary: Dependent on Qualifications
Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Job Purpose: Provide day to day assistance to facility programs.
Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Must have a pleasant personality and be able to meet and greet the public in a professional manner.
- Have the ability to maintain organization structure and management style consistent with the needs of the staff and organization.
- Must be motivated, energetic and flexible and creative.
- Must be able to pass background check by DHS and a national background check.
- If applicant has a substance abuse history, he/she must be in compliance with DHS regulations. Two years of confirmed abstinence from all mood altering substances.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
