Executive Director of Judson at Home Services
The Executive Director of At-Home Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Judson at Home program and its affiliated service lines, including Home Care, Independent Living Nursing, and Smart Living Professional Services. This role reports to the CEO and is responsible for driving business development, program growth, service excellence, and financial sustainability while ensuring seamless integration with Judson’s mission, values, and continuum of care.The Executive Director oversees the Director of Home Care and leads cross-functional teams to expand market presence, strengthen referral networks, and deliver innovative, person-centered services that support aging in place in one's home.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
- Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Judson at Home program, aligning services with organizational goals and market demand.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand enrollment, revenue, and community partnerships.
- Identify new service opportunities and partnerships, pilot programs, and innovative care models that support aging at home.
- Cultivate referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, community organizations, faith-based groups, and senior service providers.
- Represent Judson at Home in the community, at professional forums, and with key stakeholders.
Operational Oversight
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to the Nurse Case Manager and Judson at Home Social worker and the Director of Home Care, who has oversight of Smart Living Professional Services.
- Ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient operations across all at-home service lines.
- Monitor service delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and quality metrics; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure best practices.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics for all at-home service programs.
- Ensure financial sustainability through revenue growth, cost control, and effective resource allocation.
- Analyze financial and operational data to inform strategic decisions and report performance to senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team and professional staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and mission-driven service.
- Support professional development and succession planning within the at-home services leadership team.
Integration & Collaboration
- Partner with Judson leadership and campus-based teams to strengthen the continuum of care and member experience.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and service standards across all Judson at Home offerings.
- Collaborate on transitions of care, care coordination, and member engagement strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing home care and professional services.
- Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and accreditation efforts as applicable.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, social work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in business development, program growth, and financial management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience with at-home service models, aging-in-place programs, or continuing care organizations.
- Knowledge of home care regulations, long-term care insurance and reimbursement structures.
