Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role based in Findlay, Ohio. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct resident care, administering medications, and monitoring resident conditions. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed resident records, assisting with ADLs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans. The LPN will also play a critical role in ensuring resident receive high-quality care while adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing direct resident care
- Proficiency in documenting resident information and maintaining accurate medical records
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to assist with residents' activities of daily living while demonstrating compassion, patience, and empathy
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
- CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Previous experience in a long-term care or related healthcare setting is a plus
