We’re seeking a high-integrity, detail-oriented Wealth Service Advisor who partners closely with Lead Advisors to deliver comprehensive planning and serve as a trusted client contact. You’ll help maintain strong, long-term relationships and ensure a seamless experience across the planning lifecycle—from data gathering to ongoing service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a primary service contact for an assigned group of client relationships, with a strong focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and retention.
- Support the delivery of objective, fiduciary advice by assisting with financial planning, investment analysis, and client service needs.
- Prepare for client meetings by reviewing financial plans, portfolio data, and prior communications.
- Participate in client meetings and calls, ensuring follow-through on action items and a high-quality client experience.
- Execute ongoing service requests including account maintenance, planning updates, and portfolio-related changes.
- Coordinate comprehensive wealth management services, including financial planning, tax strategies, estate considerations, and investment implementation.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, insurance specialists) to support client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the CRM system.
- Adhere to firm processes for communication, service cadence, and relationship management.
- Assist in data gathering, scenario modeling, and financial plan development.
- Utilize planning technology to support analysis, reporting, and client deliverables.
- Guide clients through onboarding, account setup, and asset transfers in coordination with operations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and deepen relationships through proactive service and planning support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 5 years of client-facing experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field.
- CFP® designation (or progress toward designation) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning/CRM tools.
- Experience with platforms such as Redtail, Holistiplan, eMoney, Schwab, Orion, Riskalyze, or similar is a plus.
