Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetic Injector

Judith Gurley Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetic medicine to join our boutique, physician-led practice on a part-time basis.

What You’ll Do

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including:
• Neuromodulators
• Hyaluronic acid fillers
• Other injectable treatments based on training and experience
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on natural, balanced results
• Educate patients about treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and long-term aesthetic planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Gurley and our aesthetic team
• Build lasting patient relationships through honesty, education, consistency, and excellent results
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance the patient experience and support the continued growth of the Medical Spa
• Partner with Dr. Gurley and the clinical team to provide continuity of care for surgical and non-surgical aesthetic patients.
• Assist with the evaluation, education, and follow-up care of post-operative plastic surgery patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
• Minimum of two years of independent cosmetic injecting experience with a portfolio of before-and-after photographs available for review
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic medicine, and injectable safety
• Experience performing comprehensive cosmetic consultations and creating personalized treatment plans
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Professional, polished, and patient-focused communication skills
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with advancements in aesthetic medicine
• A collaborative team player—teamwork is essential in our practice. We value professionals who communicate openly, support one another, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture.
• Comfortable assisting with post-operative patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary aesthetic team.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetic Injector

Schedule: TBD (3-4 Days a week); start date flexible
