What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Judit Inc?
As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is assigned to a particular business line or function as the main point of contact for full-cycle recruiting. The TA specialist will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners from opening a requisition to the point of hire.
They are responsible for following established recruiting procedures, conducting intake meetings, posting positions, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting resume reviews and phone screens, sharing candidates with managers, arranging interviews, working with HR to prepare and extend offers, and conduct requisition reviews.
- Recruiting experience, preferably with engineering and supply chain positions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (preferably Taleo) and use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
